I quit insanity after one week.
I was definitely seeing results - amazing results, but I could also barely move (no joke) and I felt like my knees were being torn to pieces, along with my left thigh which I've always struggled with.
In short, the consequences outweighed the results I was seeing.
If there's one thing I learned, it's that I actually really enjoy running.
So I'll stick with that :)
